Designed to encourage children to think about wildlife Bobby’s Bug Box is a small functional habitat for beneficial insects and solitary bees.

The bamboo canes and drilled holes in the log provide homes for various insects including pollinators, other beneficial insects, and even spiders. Bobby’s Bug Box offers an overwintering habitat for insects like ladybirds and a nest for peaceful solitary bees. Hang your bug box using the metal loop in a sheltered spot out of the wind and record the visitors and inhabitants.
