Delivery

Standard delivery – £3.95 – 2 – 5 Working Days

Royal Mail Tracked 24 – £4.95 Next day delivery aim but may take 2 days in certain regions or circumstances

We work hard to try and post your order within 1 working day however during busy times like Christmas it may take a little longer.

Standard Delivery – We post using Royal Mail Tracked 48 as standard, this service usually takes 2 – 5 days for delivery. For larger orders and gifts that are sent direct from the suppliers warehouse, the items will state if it is sent directly from the supplier on the product page, the postal service may be different.

Royal Mail Tracked 24 – We aim to process your order within 1 working day but if you need it sent urgently please contact us.

BFPO – We will deliver to BFPO addresses, however do please note it may take longer for your order to arrive.

We reserve the right to change courier with no notice where appropriate or due to service delays.

International addresses – We apologise, at present we can only post to the UK, Channel Islands, and Isle of Man, we cannot post to the EU or internationally we hope this situation will improve soon.

Returns

Faulty or Broken Item – If you have received a faulty or broken item please let us know as soon as possible we may ask you to return the item. We will offer to repair or replace the item, should these services be unavailable we will provide a refund for the item.

Cancel your order – We understand that sometimes you might change your mind on an item and you can cancel your online order in most circumstances.

If we have not yet sent your order before you want to cancel please contact us to let us know as soon as possible.

If we have sent your order please let us know you have up to 14 days of receipt of the order to cancel.

  • When your order arrives please return your order unused and returning all parts of the item including any boxes and packaging.
  • If you return your order we cannot refund your postage or any other costs incurred.

We are unable to accept cancellations of orders for perishable goods like foods once they have been dispatched.
